Close More Deals! 

If you have any dead deals in your file on potential buyers who you could not get financed, please give me a call so I can see how many of those deals I can save. I work with many lenders who have mortgage loan programs for almost any buyer, regardless of credit or type of income!

Recently, I have been able to get buyers into homes with nothing down, even with credit scores as low as a 580. I have also been able to get buyers into homes who did not wish to document their income. While I can't get everyone financed, I will take a look at any client who your current mortgage lender would not do.

Don't Commit Mortgage Fraud!

If you have even had a buyer who could not qualify for a mortgage based on going "full doc", and you suggested that he or she go "stated" to state the income that the mortgage company said then needed to make, you have just committed a felony, punishable by jail time.

According to the FBI, any party who knowingly puts false information on a mortgage application in order to get it approved has committed mortgage fraud. This is not a simple misdemeanor, but is a felony, and does get prosecuted.

If the buyer defaults on the mortgage in the first year, the whole loan package will be reviewed, and tax returns will be requested. If there is a difference between what the borrower told the IRS and the mortgage broker, the borrower will be brought in on fraud charges. If the borrower implicates anyone, they will also get charged.
